Westbrook, Me. 8:30 AM

Guest Speaker
ERIC ELLIS

Eric Ellis is an engineer who has worked at the State Fire Marshal's Office for 15 years, regulating the fire sprinkler Industry of Maine. Daily tasks involve studying blueprints and inspecting construction sites. Having been twice widowed, he now lives with his new bride, Mary Elizabeth, in Fayette, where they manage a forest in their spare time.
Eric spent 2006 on a wilderness Christian Community farm in Alaska, but really began his walk with the Lord in his college days, when most of his generation was looking the other way. He once taught school, designed and built homes, and wrote a timeline book on the Bible.

Eric, under God's direction bought a hybrid car and converted his home to solar-powered hot water before the price of oil escalated. He also sold his retirement stock against the advice of his financial advisor when the stock was high before the financial crisis. His security however is not in the price of oil or stocks, but rather in Jesus. Come hear Eric share about how to be abide safely in Jesus. He will explain what God is showing him about what is on the horizon, how to hear Him, and how to be prepared for what is ahead.
