Our November 8th speaker is Pastor Tony Mancusco.  Tony moved to Rhode Island in 1999 upon completion of his ministry training at the Word of Life Bible Institute, located in his home state Florida. Currently Pastor Tony directs the Hope in Jesus Ministries where he holds the position of Chaplain at both the Minimum and Medium Facilities of Rhode Islands's Adult Correctional Insitute.  The RI Dept of Corrections has also officially recognized his administration of the Learning to Live Program, a rehabilitative series of faith-based courses which is coordinated by Tony with the efforts of over 20 volunteers.

Our speaker this month is Chuck Dewing, a missionary to the Phillippines for over 30 years, a member of FGBMFI since 1965.  He also served in the Coast Guard in the 1960's.  He will be sharing his testimony of making a decision to become a follower of Jesus Christ, and how that changed his life to let the Holy Spirit direct his footsteps and empower him to do the will of God.

As we draw nearer to the return of Jesus Christ, let us agree in prayer to focus on Jesus Christ by seeking to do His will in our lives; not just professing His word, but being doers of His Word.  May God give us favor to invite others to attend the luncheon with us......thru prayer and thanksgiving!

October Braintree meetings

The October Men's meeting is Saturday, October 14th at South Shore Plaza, Braintree in the Food Court.

The open meeting is on Saturday, October 21st at Hajjar's Restaurant, 969 Washington St., Weymouth, MA. from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The music ministry of Destiny Molders Church from Randolph, MA will be sharing the music and their testimonies. You can find information on their church and ministry on their website at Destiny Molders Church. We hope to have a good size crowd. Cape Cod open meeting Saturday, 9-16-2017

This Saturday, Sept 16, 2017, there is an open Full Gospel meeting in Cape Cod.

He is the Chaplain for the Police and Fire Departments for the Town of Sandwich. He and his wife operate Beth's Tea Shop and Bakery in Sandwich. Come and hear his testimony of the power of God in his life.

The next FGBMFI'S Providence Luncheon is set for noon on September 13th when Pastor Mac Smith will share his testimony of how the Holy Spirit has drawn him from a family business to His business.  Edwin M. “Mac” Smith raised in a family with an alcoholic mother, Mac also was drawn to the lure of alcohol and drugs at an early age. In the late 1960’s and early 70’s he had friends in both areas, the “keg heads” and the “pot heads”.

However, life was changing as he started his own family and began to work for his family company, The H. B. Smith Company, he is the fifth generation Smith. Beginning in the machine shop and then moving to the sales office, at the time, he still thought God was distant and not personal. Through a series of God directed events, his wife first came to a personal relationship with Jesus and then after a hard, six-month period, Mac finally surrendered to the Lord and found how great God’s love was and is.

After years of growing in Christ and working with both his local church and a para-church organization, Mac was challenged again by the Lord to leave his family company and serve Him in full-time vocation. How this came about and what challenges and temptations existed at that time are the full aspects of His testimony which he will share.

Mac is currently Sr. Pastor at Bay Community Alliance Church in Buzzards Bay and has been in full-time ministry for more than 20 years. Come hear how trusting in Jesus is never a mistake.

Please invite other men as we worship, pray, fellowship, share testimonies, God's Word, and encourage one another as men. No food will be supplied but there is a Dunkin Donuts nearby.

This is a Full Gospel Businessmen's ministry. All are invited no matter what church you belong to. Successful career in automobile sales and banking always hindered by severe alcohol and drug abuse starting and continuing through 2000-2008

Homelessness, addiction, prostitution

Gave myself to Jesus in 2009 after being saved and baptized by water via Providence Rescue Mission and Praise Tabernacle Church. Although an active member of the church and gainfully employed I suffered a relapse into drugs and alcohol which led me right back to working at strip clubs, prostitution, jail time.

3/12/2015  was actively using drugs and decided to put the drugs down and clean myself up
found a job in sales ( home security)  and picked up my passion for  running and the LORD

I have since completed 18 MARATHONS INCLUDING THE BOSTON MARATHON

HAVE BEEN PROMOTED 2X

AM WORKING ON BECOMING A HOMEOWNER AND will one day be a IRONMAN triathlete

Cape Cod Meeting Saturday

August Full Gospel Meetings in Braintree

Our August dates have been changed. Our open meeting will be on August 12th at Hajjar's Restaurant at 969 Washington St. from 8:30 a.m. til 11:00 a.m. 

Our Men's meeting will be on August 19th at South Shore Plaza, Braintree, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. This meeting is for men only. As always we share the word, testimony, fellowship, prayer, and hope. Men only are invited. But we pray for anyone who comes our way.

This past Saturday five men came to the meeting. They were Dick Gay, Dennis Dockham, Rod Birnie, David Ukaebu, and myself. David shared much about Full Gospel meetings in Nigeria and how God is moving at those meetings.

We were visited by Sara who works in one of the stores at the mall. She stopped by to tell us that after we prayed for her the last time she came to her she got a promotion and a raise. God answers prayer! she later brought a friend and co worker to meet us. I asked her what her name was, but was unable to hear it correctly. I believe it was Kara or something like that. But God knows her name. Keep both her and Sara in your prayers. Later another woman came by whom we had prayed for last month. I can't remember her name I am sorry and I told her we would keep her in prayer. Forgive me but sometimes it's hard getting names of the people who stop by or just pass by. But keep her in prayer.

Finally, as We were getting ready to leave, I noticed a gentleman sitting right next to where we were sitting and talking about God's word. I felt led to go over and ask him if he wanted prayer for anything. He said that he would prefer not. I asked him his name. He said it was Emerson. I  told him we would pray for him. He said ok. So pray for a move of God in his life.

Also, pray for Rod and Marilyn for health issues and peace and comfort. Pray for Frank Dangora who is going through health issues as well. Pray also for their grandson who has cancer. Pray for our meetings. We may have to move from our location later this year. As for August and October, we are good for now. Pray for David to get a job and a car. Please also keep me and the meetings in your prayers as God directs me and fills me with wisdom and discernment.

Testimony Speaker: Mitch Forman

Mitch Forman was raised in a traditional home near Boston. After graduating from high school, he went to the University of Massachusetts and focused all his attention on a culinary career. Mitch worked at some of the finest hotels in Boston, achieving his goal of cooking with some of the finest chefs in the world.

In 1982 Mitch moved to San Francisco and started working at some of the top restaurants on the west coast as well. However, as a result of his wild lifestyle, he could no longer keep up with the demands and pressure of cooking at the top and was fired from his job.

While lying on his couch one day, he realized that his life was a wreck and prayed to God for the first time in years. The next day he quit smoking and drinking.
As Mitch began to trust God for the first time in his life, he talked with a Christian co-worker about the Bible and Jesus and finally began to grasp the Gospel message.

Come and invite someone to hear this amazing testimony of God's mercy and the amazing ministry to the Jews.

At a separate part of the Food Court will be our 2nd Women's only meeting. This is a Women's Only meeting and will be going on separately and apart from our men's meeting. Please come to one of these meetings as we worship,fellowship, share testimonies, pray , pray with anyone that God leads to one of these meetings and lead them to Jesus, and share the Word of God.

Braintree Men's Meeting 3-11-2017

Praise the Lord. We are having our monthly men's meeting Saturday March 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at South Shore Plaza in Braintree, Ma. in the food court. This is a men's only meeting. We welcome all men to come, share testimonies, fellowship, pray, worship, and share God's word as He uses us to reach out to people in the mall.

We are also happy to announce Our first women's only meeting. It will also be Saturday March 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at South Shore Plaza in the food court. This is open to all women , but women only. Come and bring another women to fellowship, share testimony, worship, pray  and share the word as well as reach out to women  in the mall. Both these meetings will be going on independently of each other in different parts of the mall. there will be no men at the women's meeting and no women at the men's meeting. Both meetings will come under the umbrella of the Full Gospel Businessmen South Shore Chapter. 

The reason we have these meetings is to reach out to people at the mall to pray, share, minister and lead people to Jesus as the Spirit leads us. Please come to one of the meetings and invite someone to come with you. Keep us in your prayers that, as always, we will be led By the Holy Spirit in these meetings and we will be open to whomever He leads to us.

Cape Code Men's Meeting Feb 18th

This Saturday , Feb.18,2017 there is  an open Full Gospel meeting in Cape Cod . We cordially invite all to attend. The place is the Holiday Inn on Rte. 132 Hyannis, MA. The time is 8:00 A.M., it is a breakfast buffet .

This month's speaker is  Dan Steyne from Tolland ,Ct. He heads up the Mountain of Worship Ministry based in Tolland . He has ministered in many countries around  the world. Come one, come all to hear his testimony and enjoy the fellowship. Bring a guest.

Just a reminder the men's meeting is Saturday February 11th from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the South Shore Plaza Food Court in Braintree. All men invited. Please come and worship and pray, share testimonies , and reach out to whoever God sends our way. Remember the following Saturday is the Open meeting. Everyone is invited. Please invite someone.

Our Providence Chapter's speaker for the February 8th luncheon is John Rutkowski.  Be prepared to hear an amazing testimony concerning how the Lord revealed Himself to John in an after death experience.  I don't want to steal his thunder with too many advance details, but suffice it to say it will greatly encourage anyone who hears it.  Our FGBMFI Chapter's hope is that you will be encouraged to invite a friend to hear how the Lord is beginning a new work in our area  as we seek His peace and comfort during these turbulent times..

Cape Cod Meeting 1-21-2017

Happy New Year to all,  There is  a Full Gospel, Cape Cod Chapter, open meeting this Saturday  Jan.21 2017. The place is the Holiday Inn on Rte. 132 Hyannis ,Ma. The time is 8:00 A.M . It's an open meeting and all are invited. A buffet  breakfast will be served. Our speaker this month is  Roy Roden .

Roy Roden has an incredible testimony of the redeeming grace of God. During his youth, Roy was raised in a dysfunctional family. His father, an abusive alcoholic died in a house fire when Roy was eleven. His mother soon remarried a professing Christian that turned out to be mentally and emotionally abusive.

Running from God, Roy served in the Marine Corps after high School where he walked point in Vietnam for 9 months. Following his discharge from the military, Roy lived on an Indian Reservation for 2 years before becoming homeless.

Suffering from post traumatic stress disorder as well as the physical degenerating effects from Agent Orange, life became a daily challenge of survival. At the age of 27, after an encounter with a confessing Satanist who tried to convert Roy to the occult, Roy turned his life over completely to the Lord.

For 40 years now, Roy has walked with God as a born again Christian. God has healed Roy of Agent Orange and many other infirmities. His testimony conveys the healing power and caring love of our heavenly Father who has fathered Roy throughout the years as His own redeemed Son.

Established in 1995, Roy is the founder of Destiny Eastgate Ministries. As a prophetic minister, Roy, through his writings and traveling engagements, ministers with the heart of our heavenly Father as an instrument of the Father’s love in demonstration of the Spirit that reveals the power of God’s grace.
