Guest Speaker
ERIC ELLIS

Eric Ellis is an engineer who has worked at the State Fire Marshal's Office for 15 years, regulating the fire sprinkler Industry of Maine. Daily tasks involve studying blueprints and inspecting construction sites. Having been twice widowed, he now lives with his new bride, Mary Elizabeth, in Fayette, where they manage a forest in their spare time.
Eric spent 2006 on a wilderness Christian Community farm in Alaska, but really began his walk with the Lord in his college days, when most of his generation was looking the other way. He once taught school, designed and built homes, and wrote a timeline book on the Bible.

Eric, under God's direction bought a hybrid car and converted his home to solar-powered hot water before the price of oil escalated. He also sold his retirement stock against the advice of his financial advisor when the stock was high before the financial crisis. His security however is not in the price of oil or stocks, but rather in Jesus. Come hear Eric share about how to be abide safely in Jesus. He will explain what God is showing him about what is on the horizon, how to hear Him, and how to be prepared for what is ahead.

Mike Trudeau is 91 years old and is still witnessing to anyone he can. He was treasurer of our chapter for 27 years.

After graduating High School in 1935, Mike went into the Civilian Conservation Corp. He failed the first physical, but the very next day he passed it. He is partly responsible for building the lookout tower on Chickatawbut Rd.

In 1936 Mike came out of a school where they were holding dance classes. He saw a woman standing there and said "that's the one!" meaning he would marry her. Mike started dating Kay and married her in 1940. They were married for 55 years.

Mike got involved with FGBMFI in 1978 with Alex Canavan and a handful of other men, at that time he wasn't saved. Shortly thereafter he kept trying to quit but Alex would not let him. Finally at one of the meetings Alex asked anyone who wasn't saved to come forward. Mike answered the call and got saved and Baptized in the Holy Spirit. After that God was in control of Mike's life.

Mike is the proud father of Tom, Bill, Marsha & Maureen. He has 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Come and bring someone to hear how Jesus has worked in Mike's life.

BREAKFAST MEETING

Testimony Speaker – John Klefeker

Saturday Jan17th, 20098:30Am – 11:30Am

MEETING IS OPEN TO MEN AND WOMEN

Please call for reservations. DON Rocci 508-584-0440 after 5pm Monday- Friday or Ben Fehan at 781-848-3162

John Klefeker is the owner and founder of Family Hearing Care Centers in Weymouth and Abington. John was born in 1950 and grew up in Miami, Florida to church going parents. His father owned his own produce business and his mother was trained to be a missionary. This decision was encouraged by John's Grandmother.

John first came into awareness of who Jesus was when he was 7 years old. He attended many youth functions at his church and his aunt was known to travel the neighborhoods with tracts and candy to spread the gospel.

As a teenager John rebelled against his parents and God, even getting a little involved with drugs. Then when he was 37 years old, John had a bad accident, which led to 3 years of not being able to get a job. But after the accident, when John was laid out flat on his back, he realized Jesus had him right where He wanted him.

Come and hear how Jesus changed his life and led him to start his successful practice. Please invite someone else to come who might be blessed by hearing this testimony.

Please call ahead for reservations.

As soon as you know how many in your party are coming, PLEASE CALL Don at 508-584-0440 from 4:30pm to 8:30pm Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday at any time with reservations, or Ben Fehan at 781-848-3162 or e-mail Don at wrocci@aol.com as we need to give the restaurant an idea of how many people are coming. Portland, Maine Fellowship Breakfast January 10th

January 10, 2009 8:30 AM
American Legion Hall, 17 Dunn Street, Westbrook, ME

ROBERT FROST
Robert Frost grew up in Alabama. His father was an alcoholic, and his mother was a drug user. He spent most of his life growing up with his grandparents who attended church faithfully. He was made to attend church, but hardened his heart to the things of God. Later, he became addicted to alcohol and drugs himself.

On February 10, 1990, he invited the Lord Jesus into his life and the desire to use drugs and alcohol was completely removed. Since that day he has experienced a great "turn-around" in his life, and is now excitedly living for Jesus and seeking God's Plan and Will for his life.

Come and hear another great testimony of the power of God to transform a purposeless life and give it joy and direction!
