Our speaker this month is Chaplain Danny Croce.  He will be sharing his testimony of how the Holy Spirit got hold of him and brought

to Jesus Christ.  He has been a boxer;  he has spent time in prison;  but God in His mercy touched him and made a change in his life.

He will share the process of his transformation into a new creature in Christ;  "All things have become new."

Please be in prayer with us that we might be light and salt;  sharing the Good News that Jesus saves.

2015 Lake Morey Men's Advance application

Good morning everyone,

The chill in the air has returned, a sign of a new season.

This year there has been a season of various men's groups which have stated up.  Some have caught on, some as a flickering flame did not ignite ( at this time).

Surely, one can discern that The Holy Spirit is being received by more and more men with ears to hear and with a heart to put their faith into action.

To start the new year, wouldn't this year's Lake Morey Men Advance be a place were we all gather together expecting to hear, expecting to receive, expecting to be used by The Holy Spirit?

From this Advance, may each attending person, fellowship, ministry and organization be encouraged and empowered to walk under the direction, guidance and power of The Holy Spirit to accomplish what the Lord spoke into their hearts.

There is a desire welling up inside many men to teach, train up, to disicple.  Let not demoninational and organizational differences be a source of division, a hinderance or a stumbling block to coming together.

This is a necessary time that the many members of the body come together to hear the message that will be revealed through various testimonies and through this year's key note speaker David Ravenhill  ( www.davidravenhill.com )  son of Leonard Ravenhill.

Our speaker this month is Chuck Dewing, a missionary to the Philippines for over 30 years, a member of FGBMFI since 1965. He also served in the Coast Guard in the 1960's.  He will be sharing his testimony of making a decision to become a follower of Jesus Christ, and how that changed his life to let the Holy Spirit direct his foot steps and empower him to do the will of God. 

As we draw nearer to the return of Jesus Christ,  let us agree in prayer to focus on Jesus Christ and seeking to do His will in our lives; not just professing His word; but being doers of His Word.  May God give us favor to invite others to attend the luncheon with us......thru prayer and thanksgiving!
